Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This Privacy Policy is provided as an initial draft and should be reviewed by legal counsel before production use.

This Privacy Policy explains how SignalLaunch ("SignalLaunch," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and platform (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect information that you provide directly, information related to the advertising accounts you connect, and limited technical information generated when you use the Service. The categories below describe this in more detail.

2. Account and contact information

When you create an account or contact us, we may collect information such as your name, email address, company name, and the details you include in your communications. We use this information to provide the Service, respond to requests, and manage your account.

3. Connected advertising account data

When you connect an advertising account, we access data from that account to provide campaign management, reporting, optimization, and performance monitoring features. We only access the accounts you explicitly connect and authorize.

4. Connected advertising platform data (Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok)

  • SignalLaunch only accesses advertising accounts — including Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok accounts — that a customer explicitly connects and authorizes.
  • SignalLaunch may use connected advertising data for campaign setup, campaign management, reporting, optimization, and performance monitoring.
  • SignalLaunch does not sell connected advertising data.
  • SignalLaunch does not use connected advertising data for unrelated advertising purposes.

5. OAuth and authorization

Connections to third-party services such as Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok are established through OAuth. When you authorize a connection, we receive authorization tokens that allow the Service to access the accounts you approved. OAuth tokens and credentials are stored securely and encrypted in production. You can revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting the account within SignalLaunch or through your provider's account settings.

6. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
  • Enable campaign setup, campaign management, reporting, optimization, and performance monitoring for connected accounts;
  • Respond to your requests and provide customer support;
  • Maintain the security and integrity of the Service;
  • Comply with legal obligations.

7. How we store and protect information

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. Authorization tokens and credentials are stored securely and encrypted in production. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-accepted practices.

8. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information or your connected advertising data. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Service, and only to the extent necessary to provide it. We may also disclose information where required by law.

9. Customer control and disconnection

You remain in control of your connected accounts. You can disconnect any connected advertising account — such as Google Ads, Meta, or TikTok — at any time, and you can request deletion of connected account data. After disconnection, we stop accessing the relevant account.

10. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. When connected account data is no longer required, or when you request deletion, we delete or de-identify it in accordance with applicable law.

11. Security

Security is central to how we handle connected accounts. Access is limited to the accounts you connect, credentials are handled securely, and we apply safeguards intended to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of information.

12. Contact information

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your information, contact us at support@signal-launch.com.
