Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Service are provided as an initial draft and should be reviewed by legal counsel before production use.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using SignalLaunch (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Description of service
SignalLaunch helps businesses and agencies connect advertising accounts, launch campaigns, monitor performance, and manage digital marketing workflows from one platform. Features may change over time as we improve and expand the Service.
3. Customer accounts
You are responsible for the information associated with your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and should notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Connected third-party services
The Service allows you to connect third-party services, such as Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok. Your use of those services remains subject to the third party's own terms and policies. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect any account you link to SignalLaunch.
5. Ad platform integrations
SignalLaunch allows you to connect your own Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok Ads accounts using each platform's OAuth authorization. SignalLaunch only accesses the accounts and data that you explicitly authorize, and may use that data for campaign setup, campaign management, reporting, optimization, and performance monitoring inside the platform. You can disconnect a connected account at any time.
6. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the campaigns, content, budgets, and settings you manage through the Service, and for complying with the policies of any advertising platform you use. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service in a lawful manner.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or to accounts you are not authorized to access;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
- Misuse connected accounts or use the Service to access data you are not authorized to access.
8. Data access and permissions
Access to connected accounts is established only through your explicit authorization. SignalLaunch accesses connected accounts solely to provide the Service, and you control which accounts are connected. You may disconnect accounts or request deletion of connected account data.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular advertising result.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalLaunch will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and connected accounts can be disconnected.
12. Changes to service
We may modify or update the Service and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
